Sleduje proměny motivů jednotlivých postav a také proměny jazykové stránky této hagiografie v průběhu staletí This diploma work deals with the hagiography of st. Wenceslas from 10th to 14th century. The core topic of this work is a comparison of the description of some characters (Drahomira, st. Ludmila, Boleslav, Podiven and st. Wenceslas) in these legends. At the core of my work is Kristian’s legend and the description of characters in this text was compared with the legends, from which Kristian derived, and then with legends, which derived from Kristian. This analysis revealed some transformations of conceptions of these characters along the centuries (and especially st. Wenceslas) as well as transformations of language aspects, which changed and developed expressively |
