Cílem předkládané práce je ověřit často deklarované tvrzení, že Výbor regionů trpí značnou heterogenitou svých členů, že zde existuje odlišná intenzita reprezentace veřejných zájmů a že jednotlivé mandáty členských států mají rozdílný charakter. Autorka chce toto tvrzení ověřit prostřednictvím analýzy mandátů v tomto poradním orgánu. Zároveň si klade za cíl odpovědět na otázky, jak jsou jednotlivé mandáty ve Výboru regionů konstruovány a zda je možné určit, jaké členské země mají z hlediska charakteru mandátů nejlepší, popřípadě nejhorší možnosti k prosazování svých zájmů v rámci Výboru regionů.  |% cze

The main aim is to validate the often declared statement that the Committee of the Regions suffers the heterogeneity of its members, that there is a different intensity of public interests representation and that the mandates of the member states have different characters. The author of the thesis wants to verify this statement by means of the analysis of the mandates in this advisory body. The goal of the author is also to find out, how are the mandates constituted and if it is possible to assess which member states have the best or the worst opportunity to represent its interests in the Committee of the Regions.  |9 eng
