Obraz současné české hospody
Cílem této práce je sociologicky popsat instituci současné české hospody, načrtnout pole městských hospod a popsat roli tradice v nich. Při nákresu tohoto pole je kladen důraz na sebezařazení aktérů, kteří se ve světě hospod pohybují. K jeho dosažení jsou použity kvalitativní i kvantitativní metody...

| 520 | 2 | |a Cílem této práce je sociologicky popsat instituci současné české hospody, načrtnout pole městských hospod a popsat roli tradice v nich. Při nákresu tohoto pole je kladen důraz na sebezařazení aktérů, kteří se ve světě hospod pohybují. K jeho dosažení jsou použity kvalitativní i kvantitativní metody (dotazníkové šetření, rozhovory, clusterová analýza, zúčastněné pozorování, analýza dokumentů a jiné). Závěr práce konstatuje existenci tří trsů hospod, lišících se podle sedmi kritérií: věku hostů, míry štamgastenství, nabídky kuchyně, nabídky her, cenového segmentu, času nejvyšší návštěvnosti a typu hospody. Ve vybrané hospodě z každého trsu byl proveden etnografický průzkum. Práce rozeznává dvě formy tradice, které existují v současné české hospodě \x{2013} tradici utvářenou, navázanou na každodennost a tradici institucionalizovanou, utvořenou, která odkazuje k pomyslným komunitám národa a místa v čase i prostoru. | 520 | 2 | 9 | |a The aim of this paper is to describe a contemporary Czech pub from a sociological point of view. The social field of city pubs is formulated and explored, as well as the role of tradition in pubs. The emphasis when formulating the field is laid on the distinct attitudes and opinions of the inhabitants of the field. Both quantitative and qualitative methods (interviews, questionnaire, cluster analysis, observation, document analysis, etc.) are employed to find three distinct clusters of pub, mutually different in seven aspects: the age of customers, the share of regulars, the kitchen, the variety of pub sports, the prices, the busiest hours and the type of pub in general. In one pub from each of these clusters, detailed ethnographic analysis was employed.
