Hodnotí váhu jednotlivých stimul pracovní spokojenosti v postojích manažer a dlník. Poteby manažer, vyjádené jejich postoji, jsou pitom klíové pro vytváení motivaního klimatu, zejména vzhledem k preferovanému stylu vedení lidí. Teorie vesms hovoí vzhledem k optimalizaci motivaního klimatu resp. ízení pracovní motivace o poteb vyvážit zamení manažer na výkonnost s orientací na pracovní spokojenost, nicmén manažerská praxe preferuje zamení na výkonnost. V tomto smru výsledky práce potvrdily oekávání (zvláš výrazn u dlnických profesí), že hmotné stimuly (plat) jsou nejvýznamnjší komponentou motivaních profil. |% cze | |
520 | 2 | 9 | |a The thesis deals with the issue of motivation of work conduct and motivation management from the perspective of creation of motivational climate in enterprises, namely with the ways of influencing the climate quality work satisfaction feelings by managers. It evaluates the importance of each stimulus of work satisfaction within managers and workers attitudes. The managers needs expressed by their attitudes are key elements of the creation of motivational climate, especially in relation to the preferred styles of human resources management. With regard to the optimization of motivational climate or the management of work motivation, the theory part covers the need of balancing the managers focus on performance and the aim at work satisfaction; nevertheless, the focus on performance is preferred in the management practice.
