| Popis jednotky: | This book concerns the sources of legal knowledge-the factual and the normative. A general thesis of most of essays in that the two sources cannot be sharply separated. Nonetheless, the essays in the first part emphasize legal epistemology or fact finding, while those in the second part emphasize legal hermeneutics or legal reasoning. Among the contributors are prominent European legal scholars as well as some newer authors whose work deserves wider consideration. The volume brigs scholarly work from various traditions and countries to focus on common jurisprudential problems. |
