Disertace se snaží o kritické zhodnocení Balthasarova pojetí těchto nejzákladnějších pojmů metafyziky. 1. kapitola představuje Balthasarovu biografii, jeho stěžejní spisovatelskou tvorbu a zásadní filosofické názory a postoje. 2. kapitola je stručnou metafyzickou propedeutikou s důrazem na tzv. vztahové transcendentálie, přičemž pozice krásy se jeví jako nejproblematičtější. | 520 | 2 | 9 | |a The dissertation discusses the transcendentals beauty, goodness and truth, as understood and discussed by one of the European most important humanists of the 20th century, the Swiss Hans Urs von Balthasar (1905-1988) in his trilogy The Glory of the Lord - Theo-Drama - Theo-Logic. In pursuit of a holistic perception of transcendentals, Balthasar integrates three spheres of the human spirit involved in the overall context of being: philosophy, religion and arts. The dissertation tries to critically evaluate Balthasar’s conception of the most fundamental terms of metaphysics. Chapter 1 presents Balthasar’s biography, his most important writings and fundamental philosophical beliefs and attitudes. Chapter 2 is a brief metaphysical propaedeutic with an emphasis on so-called relational transcendentals, while the position of beauty seems to be the most problematic.
