K dosažení cílů disertační práce byla studována čtyři hlavní témata: a) Analýza variability teploty vzduchu a termálního režimu půdy v období 2011 až 2016 poblíž stanice Johana Gregora Mendela b) Hodnocení vlivu sněhové pokrývky na termální režim aktivní vrstvy c) Stanovení vlivu litologie na termální režim půdy a mocnost aktivní vrstvy d) Srovnání termálního režimu na ostrově Jamese Rosse s dalšími lokalitami v oblasti Antarktického poloostrova. Jednotlivá témata byla studována ve třech publikovaných článcích a jednom rukopisu. Pro získání porovnatelných dat byly použity jednotné měřící systémy a data byla dále zpracována podle analytických postupů běžně používaných pro studium aktivní vrstvy v oblasti Antarktidy. |% cze | |
| 520 | 2 | 9 | |a The aim of the thesis is to analyse the variability of active layer thermal regime and active layer thickness at 4 study sites on James Ross Island, eastern Antarctic Peninsula in period 2011 to 2016 and compare them with the sites within the Antarctic Peninsula region. To reach this goal, four topics were defined: a) Analysis of the variability of air and ground thermal regime in period 2011-2016 near the Johann Gregor Mendel Station. b) Evaluation of the effect of snow cover on active layer thermal regime. c) Quantification of the effect of lithology on ground thermal regime and active layer thickness. d) Analysis of the active layer thermal regime on James Ross Island in context of active layer conditions in Antarctic Peninsula region. The individual topics have been studied in three published paper and one submitted manuscript. To obtain comparable data from all study sites, the uniform setting of all systems for data measurement were used. |9 eng |
