Vzhledem k častému zatěžování rukou v bojových sportech a nošení rukavic během výkonu, se v této práci zkoumaly manipulační schopnosti aktivních sportovců bojových umění v porovnání s nesportovci. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit možné rozdíly v manipulačních schopnostech mezi aktivními sportovci bojových umění a nesportovci. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit vztah mezi vybranými faktory a výkonem účastníků v manipulačních testech. Vybrané faktory byly: používaní rukavic při sportu, zranění ruky, síla stisku ruky a 2D:4D poměr délky prstů jako ukazatel hladiny prenatálního testosteronu. Výzkumný vzorek zahrnoval skupinu sportovců (50 účastníků) a kontrolní skupinu nesportovců (51 účastníků). K hodnocení motorických schopností byl použit Purdue Pegboard test (složený z 5 testů) a O’Connor Dexterity test. Dle čekávání byl maximální stisk ruky v průměrné hodnotě vyšší u sportovců a tento rozdíl byl statisticky významný. |% cze | |

I have focused my research on men practising martial arts due to repeated straining of the hands during the training and the use of gloves in these sport disciplines with a comparison of a control group of people not practising intensive sports activities. The aim of this research was to find out and evaluate possible differences in the hand dexterity between these two groups. Additionally, I wanted to find the relationships between relevant selected factors and the hand dexterity. I have selected the following factors: the use of gloves in sport, hand injuries, grip strength of both hands and the second to fourth digit ratio of hands as a predictor of prenatal testosterone level. The studied sample was composed of 50 martial arts fighters and 51 controls. For assessment of the motor hand dexterity performance I used Purdue Pegboard test (5 subtests) and the O’Connor dexterity test. |9 eng |
