| Shrnutí: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na bolest a její analgetickou terapii. V teoretické části je v podobě souhrnných informací rozebírána problematika bolesti (definice, fyziologie, reakce organismu na bolest, diferenciace, diagnostiky a problematiky gender) a analgetické terapie (historie, obecné zásady a pravidla, lékové skupiny). Empirická část je zaměřena na analýzu výsledků kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí originálního dotazníkového šetření, který zjišťoval deklarované znalosti vybraných nelékařských profesí (všeobecných sester, záchranářů) o analgetické terapii. The bachelor´s thesis deals with pain and analgesic therapy. The theoretical part describes the issue of pain and analgesic therapy in a great detail. The definitions, physiology and classifications of pain together with body reactions to pain and its diagnostics are provided in the theoretical part as well as history and general principles of analgesic therapy. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to findings of a quantitative research among selected non-medical professions (qualified paramedic, nurse). The data concerning selected non-medicals´ knowledge about pain and analgesic therapy were gathered in questionnaire investigations. |
