Tato analýza je v práci provedena nejprve teoreticky popisem těchto dvou produktů využívaných pro financování bydlení, představením jednotlivých stavebních spořitelen poskytujících produkt stavební spoření, představením vybraných bank poskytujících hypoteční úvěry a nakonec vzájemným porovnáním. Dále je pak v praktické části práce provedeno porovnání pomocí modelových příkladů, kde je na konkrétních číslech ukázáno, jak nejlépe řešit financování bydlení v dané situaci pomocí těchto dvou produktů. |% cze | |

The aim of this thesis is to analyze products building savings and mortgage loans to housing finance. This analysis is firstly performed by theoretical description of these two products of housing finance, secondly there is the performance of individual building societies offering savings and also the performance of selected banks providing mortgage loans and lastly there is mutual comparison.
