Těžiště práce tvoří druhá (empirická) část, která analyzuje statistické zpracování dat získaných prostřednictvím studia dokumentací u pacientů po operačním výkonu. Cílem empirické části je zmapovat vznik pooperačních komplikací u seniorů po operaci fraktury proximálního femuru s ohledem na výskyt vybraných rizikových faktorů a vliv operačního výkonu na soběstačnost seniorů. |% cze | |

In the first part, one can grasp a theoretical overview about a complex issue of a surgery procedure and complication that come along with it, and also a summary of specific information regarding fractures of proximal femur. Focal point of the thesis, however, lies in the second empirical part which analysis statistical processing of data that were gathered by means of studying documentation of patients in the time after their surgeries. Aim of the empirical part is to map a creation of post-surgery complications of elderly patients who underwent a surgery of fracture of the proximal femur while taking into consideration an occurrence of selected risk factors and an effect of the surgery on self-sufficiency of elderly patients. |9 eng |
