| Summary: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o výživovém stavu pacientů s celiakií. V teoretické části se věnuji popisu onemocnění, etiopatogenezi, diagnostice a komplikacím spojenými s tímto stavem a také popisu bezlepkové diety. V části praktické se na základě kazuistik snažím zhodnotit výživu celiaků a upozornit na případné nedostatky, a z toho plynoucí deficity základních živin, vitamínů a minerálních látek. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the nutrition state of the patient with the coeliac disease. The thesis consist of two parts. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, the coeliac disease and its etiopathogenesis, diagnostics, possible complications and gluten-free diet are described. In the second part, based on the case reports, the alimentation of the patients is evaluated and several drawbacks like deficiency of the basic nutrients, vitamins and minerals are revealed. |
