| Shrnutí: | Tématem bakalářské práce je pravda u lůžka nemocného, která je chápána jako úplné a srozumitelné sdělení diagnózy a prognózy nemoci pacientovi a jako taková je diskutována u pacientů s infaustním onemocněním. Teoretická část pojednává o pravdě u lůžka nemocného z pohledu filosofie, etiky, práva a psychologie, v závěru pak nabízí praktický postup, jak pravdu šetrně sdělit. Cílem je ukázat tuto problematiku v co nejširších souvislostech. Výzkumná část se zabývá postojem sester k pravdě u lůžka nemocného, zjišťuje, co pro sestry pojem pravdy u lůžka nemocného znamená, zda její přítomnost či nepřítomnost ve vztahu k pacientovi vnímají jako zátěž. Hledá hlavní činitele, kteří jejich postoj k dané problematice ovlivňují. This thesis deals with telling the truth by a patient’s bed, which is meant as the complete and understandable imparting of diagnosis and prognosis of a disease to a patient with an unfavourable outlook. The theoretical part deals with telling the truth by a patient’s bed from philosophical, ethical, legal and psychological points of view, and concludes with a practical guide to tender disclosure of the truth. The aim of the theoretical part is to pinpoint this subject in the widest context possible. The research part deals with the notion of telling the truth by a patient’s bed from the point of view of hospital nurses. It studies what telling the truth by a patient’s bed means to them and if its presence or absence negatively affects their relationship with the particular patient. It also attempts to find the main factors influencing nurses’ attitudes towards this topic in general. |
